About Mrs Kalpana Devalia
Mrs Kalpana Devalia is a Consultant General, Upper GI, Bariatric, Laparoscopic and Robotic Surgeon based in London. She sees private patients at Cleveland Clinic London and 999 Medical Centre, and has been a Consultant Surgeon at Homerton University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust since 2011.
She treats a broad range of conditions including hernias, gallstones, acid reflux and obesity, with particular expertise in minimally invasive surgery. Her practice includes bariatric surgery, gastric bypass, sleeve gastrectomy, gallbladder surgery and hernia surgery, and she offers laparoscopic and robotic techniques where appropriate, choosing the approach that best suits each patient’s condition, safety and recovery.
In addition to surgery, Mrs Devalia provides specialist medical weight management for suitable patients, including treatment with semaglutide and tirzepatide as part of a multidisciplinary obesity service.
