About Mr Jonathan Joseph

Mr Jonathan Joseph was appointed as a Consultant Rhinologist, Head and Neck and Facial Plastic Surgeon at the internationally renowned Royal National Ear, Nose and Throat Hospital in September 2017. He was trained at various centres of excellence in Oxford and London, followed by a fellowship at University College London Hospitals (UCLH) and one in Zurich, Switzerland. Mr Joseph’s area of specialist interest is in all aspects of nasal and sinus disease. He performs complex nasal reconstruction and cosmetic surgery as well as all forms of sinus surgery. He is the lead for sinonasal cancer at UCLH, working as part of a multidisciplinary team with surgical, oncology and radiology colleagues. Mr Joseph is pioneering awake Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) surgery using local anaesthetic and sedation techniques. Many patients want to avoid a general anaesthetic if possible. With modern techniques this is now increasingly possible with excellent patient satisfaction and good outcomes. He also carries out a large number of rhinoplasty procedures. Mr Joseph is widely published in scientific literature and attends regular meetings to ensure his practice is up to date and he is aware of the latest treatments. He will provide a personalised service for every one of his patients and work hard to produce the best possible treatment plan.
