Biography & Education

About Mr Daryll Baker

Mr Daryll Baker read Medicine at Oxford University and trained in Surgery in Nottingham, London and Edinburgh, being a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England. He obtained his research PhD from the University of Wales.

Mr Baker has been a Vascular and General Consultant Surgeon for over 15 years and runs an NHS Vascular practice at both the Royal Free Hospital and University College Hospitals.

His practice in both the NHS and Cleveland Clinic London embraces all open and endovascular interventions in arteries and veins. He leads the largest hyperhidrosis service in North London and also undertakes hernia surgery

Mr Baker is secretary of the Surgical Research Society, which is Europe’s leading surgical research society. He has been a council member of the Vascular Society and Director of Communications for the Association of Surgeons of Great Britain and Ireland.
