About Dr Charlotte Cowie
Dr Charlotte Cowieis a specialist in sport and exercise medicine and has worked in elite and professional men's and women's sport for over 30 years. Dr Cowie has a passion for facilitating people to achieve their best in the competitive world of sport. This has been reflected in her own career working with TeamGB at four Olympic games, working with the England women's football team early in her career and later in the Premier League with both Fultham Football Club and Tottenham Hotspur. She is the Chief Medical Officer for the Football Association and recently had the honour of being Chief Medical Officer for TeamGB at the Paris Olympic Games. Dr Cowie enjoys bringing her experience in these arenas to clinic to help everyone that she sees overcome injury, prevent further injury and participate at all levels in physical activity, one of the most beneficial things that anyone can do for their health and wellbeing.
