Biography & Education
About Dr Alexandra Whiter
Dr Alexandra Whiter completed her undergraduate medical student training at Cambridge and Oxford, qualifying in 1996. After house jobs, Dr Whiter spent the next few years working in and around London in hospital general medicine, acquiring the MRCP examinations in 1999 before deciding to become a general practitioner.
Prior to starting community training in family medicine, she gained further experience in both obstetrics and gynaecology and in paediatrics. She has also recently completed a post graduate diploma in genomics.
Dr Whiter has been a GP in North London for over 20 years and particularly enjoys general medicine, women’s health, paediatrics and lifestyle and preventative medicine. However, she is happy to see patients with any medical problem which is causing worry or concern.
Outside of work, Dr Whiter enjoys spending time with her family, playing tennis and walking with friends.
