Biography & Education
About Mr Rupert John Obholzer
Mr Rupert Obholzer initially completed a botany degree at Oxford before switching to Medicine at Charing Cross medical school (Imperial College).
He trained in Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) in London, before completing fellowships in cochlear implants, ear and skull base surgery in Sydney and London.
Mr Obholzer now has a highly specialised practice managing problems of the ear and skull base, particularly tumours in that area, pioneering function preserving surgery in the U.K..
His NHS practice is across three sites Guys Hospital, The National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, and Kings College Hospital.
