About Dr James Goldring
Dr James Goldring trained at the London Chest, Royal Brompton and UCL Hospitals before being appointed consultant in respiratory and general medicine to the Royal Free in 2011. In addition he holds appointments as Clinical Associate Professor at UCL, Training Programme Director at Health Education England and Medical Examiner. At the Royal Free, he is lead clinician for pleural and bronchoscopy services as well as his educational role of faculty lead.
Dr Goldring is research active and has book and journal publications in a wide field including covid-19, pleural disease, lung cancer, COPD, bronchoscopy and non-invasive ventilation.
Outside of work he enjoys campervanning with his family and growing produce on their allotment.
