About Mr Owen Heath
Mr. Owen Heath is a gynaecological surgeon specialising in oncology. He graduated in medicine from Guy’s, King’s, and St. Thomas’ Hospital Medical School in 2006 and completed postgraduate training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in London, with sub-specialty training in Gynaecological Oncology at The Royal Marsden Hospital.
He earned a PhD through a Wellcome Trust Clinical Research Fellowship, focusing on the tumour microenvironment of ovarian cancer. Mr. Heath continues his research at The Royal Marsden and The Institute of Cancer Research, with publications on gynaecological cancer surgery and ovarian cancer. He is a BIARGS accredited robotic surgeon and a BSCCP accredited colposcopist.
His clinical interests include pelvic exenterative surgery, ultra-radical gynaecological cancer surgery, robotic cancer surgery, and ovarian cancer research.
Mr. Heath lives in South West London with his wife Alice and their three children.
