Biography & Education

About Dr Brent Elliott

Dr Brent Elliott trained at St Bartholomew's and the Royal London Hospitals' medical school, and has been lead consultant liaison psychiatrist as well associate clinical director to their department of psychological medicine since 2014.

Dr Elliott's particular area of interest is neuropsychiatry, and much of his day-to-day role involves providing mental health care to patients admitted under the neuroscience and neurotrauma services.

He is an honorary consultant neuropsychiatrist to the traumatic brain injury multidisciplinary team (MDT) at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery and prior to that at the Chalfont Centre for Epilepsy (2011-2017). He currently sits on the faculty of neuropsychiatry executive at the Royal College of Psychiatrists.
